Your Ruby Jewellers Purchase
We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase so we carefully inspect every item before shipping it to you. In fact we have two of our trained staff inspect the item to make doubly sure everything is correct before shipping it to you.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Ruby will only ship your purchase via UPS with insured shipping. We do not offer refund, exchange only. All shipping expenses will be paid by customer.
Returning an Item
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you three days from the time you receive your item to return it to us for an exchange. Due to the volume of our sales, we cannot extend this time frame. If you would like to exchange the item, please follow these simple steps:*
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt that you would like to exchange the item
- Return shipping must be by UPS, at your expense
- Place the item in its original packaging and then place it in the UPS envelope
- Do not ship the parcel on a Friday or over a holiday weekend
- Be sure to write the following on the UPS: “Returning Purchase Unhappy With the Item
- Address the item exactly as follows:

- The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. If it is not the exchange will not be issued
- Once the item is received and the above terms have been met we will issue a store credit to your account. The exchange will reflect the purchase price and taxes, less the shipping and handling charge.
